HOW TO FUND YOUR CARE
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
QuadT is aware of the funding issues, which can arise when considering social care support. Your local authority should be your first point of call. You and your family may fund your care yourselves although many people are eligible to receive some support from their local authority. All social care support is subject to a means test and the criteria is set annually by Parliament.Your own personal situation will determine whether you may be eligible for Government assistance in meeting some or all of your care costs. If you contact your council in respect of social care, they will arrange to carry out an assessment of your needs. If eligible, you would have the option of the council appointing a home care provider to manage your care for you. However, you also have the option to request a Direct Payment which would provide you with a personal budget to enable you to select your own preferred home care provider and choose the services that would enable you to achieve the outcomes that you desire.
We can develop and tailor a personal care plan to enable you to remain within your own home and receive the help and support to make a real difference to your life.
These care packages can range from regular daily or weekly tasks such as personal care and housekeeping through to 24 hour live in support to enable you to remain independent within your own home.
